美式说日期顺序通常是
月 日 年
（month day year ）
英式说日期的顺序通常是
日 月 年
（ day month year ）
（ps很符合从小到大的原则嘛 ）

我的生日是1995年1月24日。

如果我是个英国人，就会说：
my date of birth is the 24th of January, 1995. （nineteen ninety five）
写成：24th January 1995.
读做 the 24th of January 1995.

我要是个美国人，就会说：January 24th 1995. 写成：January 24th 1995. 读做 January 24th 1995. （读写一致）

教你读年份：
2000之前
把年份分成两部分。如1983 （ 19 83）读做nineteen eighty three。

2000年后：
第一种：twenty 加后面的数字 如2009 0读作o twenty o nine，千万不可读成twenty nine，否则就成了29了。
第二种：two thousand and … 如2022 读成 two thousand and twenty two。

许多同学也会混淆cardinal numbers 基数词和ordinal numbers序数词。
基数词就是1 one 2 two 3 three 4 four 5 five …
而序数词是 第一 first 第二 second 第三third…
注意序数词的缩写 first=1st， second=2nd ， third=3rd， fourth=4th， 5th， 6th…
